4.5″ Stage 4 Suspension System w/Expansion Packs Kit

ICON’s 4.5″ Stage 4 System is comprised of 4.5″ lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with diesel engines with a dual rate design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and ensure proper wheel alignment with the OE radius arms. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics. ICON’s dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks improves steering damping to better control undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires. Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2″ of rear lift over stock with improved ride quality and small bump compliance while also reducing axle wrap compared to lift blocks. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.
